2010 will be a year full of changes and adjustments within GKG inner structure. As rumors of Mr. Kramer's absence have started to raise some eyebrows, we wanted to assure everyone that GKG will continue heading in the same direction as if he were with us. Mr. Kramer has only physically retired from his daily company obligations but he will remain being our mentor and strong pillar of our spiritual support.

For 2010 we decided to share our GKG booth with the "Tone Box" company (www.tonebox.com) as we have felt that exhibited products of both parties could only complement each other. I have worked with Shawn Crosby of Tone Box, and we decided to utilize our talents working on some fresh ideas. The concept of a ‘theme’ booth was born and our vision of exhibiting products in a different environment surrounded with plenty of ‘skin’ was on its way. Hanging instruments on a simple white or black slap board was simply too ordinary, and we believe that every company, ours included, has already done it a few times. Even while assembling the booth, compliments from union workers gave us a hint that we were doing the right thing, and when the show finally commenced it was confirmed the booth was an absolute success. Our 'out of the box' approach has been applied to the whole vibe of GKG guitars. We have only exhibited the USA line of Custom Shop Crusader guitars at the show as our imported line of stock models is currently undergoing serious ‘cosmetic surgery’. Some of our current production models will be put aside and remaining ones will most likely end up not looking the same. If there is a specific vibe of current GKG guitar you might be interested in, now would be the time to pull the trigger as their availability is limited. As I have mentioned ...... 2010 will be the year of many changes.

The USA Custom Shop line has received certain features and options which will be discussed in our separate announcement. Exhibited instruments were an absolute success as many musicians, dealers and performers were of opinion these are some of the finest guitars they have experienced at the NAMM. Russian Roulette among them has proven itself as a type of a guitar many guys have long waited to greet. We have taken various videos showing playability, experience and sound related to live NAMM performance of both RR and Custom Shop Crusaders. Please have patience as we are about to release those as soon as our final editing is done. Our custom built ‘Tribal’ rotating display unit has once again brought a lot of attention and this time featured the NAMM special – ‘MindFreak’ version of our Crusader Illusionist. It was built for Criss Angel Mindfreak and it will be on display at Luxor Hotel, Las Vegas. Its unique paintjob is conveying our interpretation of Criss' freaky ability to mess with anyone’s reality. It is ‘Eye – Brain’ communication which gets twisted, deformed and altered once the effect of illusion becomes realistic. Guitar itself is also equipped with the illusion effect as the central eyeball and eye sockets of the skull knob change color to red once exposed to the sun rays or any other source of UV light.

In closing, for us NAMM 2010 was an absolute success. Surrounded with hundreds of different competitors, GKG guitars have once again proved themselves at the biggest stage music industry can throw at them. During all these years support of GKG musicians was an absolute necessity for our family to grow bigger and stronger. One of our main goals for 2010 will be to stand behind and back up all the good folk who are out there trying hard and performing their hearts out, entrusting their GKG instruments. A stronger bond will be created between source and users, and users will be offered a new line of very intriguing GKG guitars by mid of this year. On our creative end, we will remain strongly passionate about each and every instrument concept chosen to proudly bear the name of Gary Kramer Guitar.

Sincerely,

Leo Scala
